Nestward aggregates public transit status information and the itinerary details you and your guests provide, to help coordinate arrivals for an event. Transit data comes from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Do not rely on Nestward as the sole basis for time-critical decisions — always confirm with the carrier.
Nestward is free to download. Event Passes are one-time in-app purchases that unlock features for an event and do not expire. Purchases are handled by Apple; refunds are subject to Apple's policies. Passes are consumable and are not refundable through the app.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NYRAI LLC is not liable for any missed pickup, delay, or other loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the app or its transit data.
