Nestward helps a host track guests' public transit arrivals for an event. We collect only what the app needs to do that, and we don't sell your data or run ads or tracking SDKs.

What we collect

• Your account — when you sign in with Apple, an account identifier and, if you share it, your email.
• Event & traveler details — event names/dates/venue, and the traveler names, itineraries, and optional phone/email that hosts or guests enter.

What we do NOT do

• We do not track any person's location. We read only public vehicle statuses (flights, trains).
• We do not access your contacts or scan your mailbox — imports are explicit forwards/uploads only.
• No advertising, no analytics/tracking SDKs, no data sale.

How your data is protected & retained

Data is scoped to your event with database access rules, and protected fields (phone numbers, notes, raw import files) are visible only to the host and co-hosts. All event data is permanently deleted 30 days after the event ends. You can delete your account (and the events you host) any time from Settings → Delete Account.
